Please complete this form if you are requesting information on what iWise2 ebusiness Ltd holds on you. We take data protection of our clients very seriously and have taken the decision that we require the same level of validation that is requested for money laundering. This ensures that we know that you are the person you say you are and we are only divulging information to the correct person.
If you are a member of an iwise2 ebusiness Ltd site (kokm.com or iWise2.com) Please log into the site and view your account profile. All the information we hold on you is stored on your own account profile. You can do the following:
- Amend your profile.
- Cancel your membership to a subscription site, subject to the agreement entered into. In cancelling your membership, you will remove your access to the site.
In addition to GDPR, we are required under the Financial Services Act 1986, the VAT Act 119 and the FOI Act 2000 to hold data for a specific period of time.
1) Business contracts and arrangements
The Limitation Act 1980 (Section 5) states that all business contracts, agreements and other arrangements need to be safely stored for the length of the contract and for six years afterwards.
Please complete all fields and we will respond within 30 days to your request. We may request further information from you to confirm who you are if the information provided does not match. Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations of the EU - The European Community) Laws we cannot give information to anyone who requests it and must validate the identify of the individual who is requesting that information. We must satisfy ourselves that the person is legitimate and entitled to that information.
Individual request for information
The first initial request we will provide the service for free, any subsequent requests will be charged at an upfront fee of £50.00
Companies request for information
Depending on the complexity of the request there is the potential for charging time and effort in compling and collating your request. You will be advised once the request has been received.
